Happy Mothers Day all you gorgeous mothers out there!!!

I am rather happy today, all seems good with the world - well apart from the fact that I feel as rough as an old mans scrotum! But last night was a rather good night out in 'lovely' Preston! We went to many a bar, and midway through managed to get mashed watching Ireland beat Pakistan! How amazing was that - the irony of it all! Ahhhh well, my mate got into a bit of a grumble because a woman refused to give him a light. So we moved on, and he eventually snapped out of it when we found some pisshead women who were hugging each other rocking left to right, forwards and backwards saying "I love you!! Don't worry, I was a size 8 once! I love you!! Just because you're divorced and not a size 8 now doesn't mean you aren't gorgeous!! Awww I love you!"

"I love you too! You're my best friend in the whole world! What would I do without a friend like you! I love you!"

Blah blah blah, just let me get to the bar please you're in the way and knocking all the drinks over!

So my mate was at the bar and I had to stand there waiting by them! Oh joy!! Next minute, the most pissed person there pointed at me and went "PHWOOOOAR!" and then proceeded so half rock backwards and fall into three people, but somehow managed to stay upright.

Classy! - Oh well, I thought they were going to talk to me but whatever she was saying just made no sense. She could have said "Waa wee waaa waaa with wiggan waaaaaaaa bacon and eggs" for all I knew. Probably foreign lol.

So my pint arrived and then that was that.

And then suddenly I woke up this morning!! What happened in between I haven't a clue. I think we met some students and I think my mate got knocked back from a bar because he didn't have a collar on his shirt. Oh yeah lol my mate said "What? Is this a bar for bishops?? LOL are they all bashing their bishops in there!?"

Oh God, embarrassing!! So swiftly moving on...

So happy days! I bought my mum a nice purple plant for Mothers Day! Yep, bargain £4.99 - but combined with the glass teapot I bought her last week I think she got plenty out of me for this year! Besides I am trying to save, and I am a good son, I keep buying her things for her laptop!

Oh yeah, so hands up how many bought "Queen" on dvd for their mums? Bet loads did, I just briefly read that on Red's blog. My sister bought it for my mum, I am glad I didn't! That would have been annoying - but why am I even stressing about that! It never happened!

I apologise to people who rang me last night though, I was rather mashed and I haven't a clue what I said. I rememeber someone was asking me a few times "How much have you had to drink???"

It wasn't that embarrassing though, I could have done some naked star jumps in Preston City Centre in front of hundreds of people! That would have been worse. But I didn't!! I think....
