So I wasn't able to go to work today...

My knee is a bit of a mess, there is no way I can drive (or even walk far, which I guess is probably more important). I sat here for 2 hours in desperate need of a wee because I didn't want to clamber up the stairs!! Only just pre-accident though I decided that I really had to move and all turned out ok. Phew!!

But something great happened!

Thank you Ebuyer for sending me my new baby laptop four days early!!!!!!!

It's really rather good actually, I love it. Why I didn't get one earlier I just don't know.

As you can see, it's really small and sexy!!!

For the techies or the curious out there its an Asus Eee 1000H, Windows XP Home with Intel Atom 1.6 GHz, 802.11n wireless, 2GB Ram, 1.3MP webcam and a 160GB hard drive.

I realised on my journey to Ukraine that I can no longer survive without internet for more than 3 days! So this is what I decided to purchase. I have installed Office 2007, Firefox, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger and I am about to install ICQ. It runs really quick and I am very very happy with it.

It was only £239 too!!!!!

Woohooo happy days....

That all? I may have to get me one (I was going to ask how many computers you needed but then thought if I got one I'd have three lol)

  Yes we now have three PC's a laptop and a netbook, however two of the PC's are in the loft!!!
  
  I don't often have time to chat on these programs, I occasionally log onto them to see old long lost friends lol
  
  And if I'm not able to drive tomorrow I will go see the doc. I am hoping that time heals on this one, but it feels a bit more serious than I guess I thought at first.

  Yes, strangely its still full. We bought it on the night after our wedding to have it in bed but we just fell asleep and we decided to keep it as a memento.

And we're the generation that spends a lot of money that to get new and new things: clothes, food, cars, jewellery or shoes (like me, for ex.). I bought so beautiful shoes at the last weekend!!! I like them so much and it doesn't matter that it's a little difficult to go in them because of their long heels. Anyway I like them.
And they make me happy as your laptop makes you, confirming the idea that no matter what we bye - we
spend money, getting new fave things, that to feel overselves HAPPY!!! And I think it's great if this or that thing is usufull for us as your laptop for ex.!!!
