My friend used to say masturbation when in a relationship is wrong... (although I don't think she'd ever tried it in front of her fella) You should be sexually satisfied with your partner... However she was 17 and her relationships were with other 17 year olds.

I remember some people coming into school and giving a talk on chastising yourself and why it's a good thing, and when their arguments were becoming flakey they said it was perfectly fine to masturbate instead.
Now I'm not saying it's wrong to go into schools and give religious talks but I would feel very strange at my age telling a bunch of thirteen years olds masturbation is ok and is "safe". -
